How It Works
We ship worldwide via international insured airmail with tracking. There is a single shipping method: we hand your parcel to the national postal service in our country, and you receive it through your national postal service. All international parcels are regulated uniformly under the rules of the Postal Convention.
Delivery time is approximately 3–5 weeks. Some items may be delivered in two steps:
- Warehouse → delivery office. We mark the order as shipped (tracking not yet available).
- Delivery office → you. A tracking number is provided within 1 hour after dispatch.
Customs & Duties
- The recipient pays all import duties and taxes (if any apply in your country) directly at the post office.
- We minimize costs for our customers by declaring the lowest permissible values in shipping documents, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
- Local postal policies may require collection from the post office.
Handling Time
Order processing takes from 2 days up to 1 month (for made-to-order items). We notify you of the exact handling time in your order and, if necessary, additionally in your account and by email.
Lost Parcels
We take full responsibility for lost parcels based on tracking data. If your parcel does not arrive, you receive a full refund or a replacement — see our Return Policy & Terms for the detailed procedure.
Late Shipment Note
Attention! Delivery times have been extended due to various military and political events around the world. Parcels may be delayed. If you are unwilling to wait, please do not place your order.
Countries We Deliver To
We deliver to all countries worldwide, including the most popular destinations among our customers: the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Spain.
Please note: some countries currently do not accept postal parcels from Russia (for example, Germany, Australia, the Czech Republic, and Sweden — this list may change). For these countries we can still deliver via a transit route through Asia (Thailand or Vietnam). Such parcels take longer to arrive, and shipping costs more due to transit forwarding.
